RoofKleen is an eco-friendly roof cleaner chemical that is one of our remarkable range of exterior, cladding, and sign cleaning chemicals and ideal for cleaning slate, clay tiles, cladding and concrete tiles. Environmentally friendly and entirely safe for tradespeople and nearby personnel, pets and plants, this is a non-toxic and non-hazardous roof tile cleaner – safe in a water course as well.
Persons using our RoofKleen roof cleaning chemical do not need any PPE and it is odourless, pH neutral, with no acids, no caustic alkalis, no biocides, no bleach, or sodium hypochlorite solution and a truly remarkable eco roof cleaner. Also ideal as a cladding cleaner, the chemical is delivered at ready-to-use dilution but if the job you are on does not have very heavy soiling you can water it down as well. Another great feature of RoofKleen is that surfaces treated with it tend to resist fresh build-up of algae and soiling because the surface is left very clean.

This certified food-safe roof cleaner solution works by using nano-size energy packages which break the surface tension between dirt and the substrate to lift off the soiling. This is in complete contrast to the majority of roof cleaning chemicals that rely on sodium hypochlorite (bleach) or biocides that aim to kill the green growth.
This innovative approach to cleaning is a UK invention and the product is made in the UK. By using this unique formulation, we can offer a genuinely all-natural and very safe eco-friendly roof cleaner chemical that is powerful and indeed is even safe if it gets into a water course.
With many cleaning agents, the large particles are removed from the substrate, but smaller ones are left. Because of the penetration of the nano energy particles, this roof cleaner chemical liberates much more soiling and thus leaves a super-clean surface. Non-toxic, and non-hazardous, this product is even certified as food safe and is also safe to use near a water course.
Apply the roof cleaner solution by pouring, with a brush, or from a low-pressure sprayer, saturate the surface well and then agitate with a brush; please rinse off the soiling with copious amounts of water from a hose or pressure washer.
On cladding spraying works well and the cleaning benefits from more than one coat, ideally wait half an hour to an hour before rinsing off the dirt. Please watch our video below on reach and wash rotary pressure washer attachment that is ideal for roofs or see the full equipment range on this link.
