Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaner Chemical
RoofKleen is an eco-friendly roof cleaner chemical that is one of a range of outdoor cleaning products – it is ideal for cleaning slate, clay tiles and concrete tiles. Environmentally sound and safe for tradespeople, pets, fish, ponds and plants, this is a non-toxic and non-hazardous roof tile cleaner.
Available in 20-litre containers, persons using RoofKleen do not need to wear any PPE and it is odourless, pH-neutral, with no acids, no caustic alkalis, no biocides, no bleach, or sodium hypochlorite solution and is part of our roof cleaning products range.
Also useful as a cladding cleaner, RoofKleen is delivered at ready-to-use dilution but if the job you are on does not have very heavy soiling you can water it down as well. Another great feature is that roofs treated with it tend to resist fresh build-up of algae and soiling because the surface is left clean without any killing action.
How Does It Work?
This certified food-safe roof cleaner chemical uses nanoenergy which breaks the surface tension between dirt and the substrate to lift off the soiling. This is in complete contrast to the majority of roof cleaning chemicals that rely on sodium hypochlorite (bleach) or biocides that aim to kill the green growth.
This innovative approach to pebble dash cleaning products is a UK invention and the product is made in the UK. By using a unique formulation of detergent, we can offer a genuinely all-natural and very safe eco-friendly roof cleaner chemical that is powerful and indeed is even safe if it gets into drains or a water course.
With many cleaning agents, the large particles are removed from the substrate, but smaller ones are left. Because of the penetration of the nanoenergy particles, this cleaner liberates much more soiling and thus leaves a super-clean surface. Non-toxic, and non-hazardous, this product is even certified as food safe and is also safe to use near a water course.
How To Use
Please remove all moss by scraping and take off leaves and loss debris, spray or pour the detergent onto a manageable area and scrub in well with a brush, wait for 5 minutes and then rinse off with copious amounts of water. Use a garden hose or a pressure washer to rinse off, the runoff is safe in drains.
On cladding or exterior signage you will find that spraying works well and the cleaning benefits from more than one coat.
