An Eco-Freindly Soffit Cleaner Product

Most brands of outside cleaning chemicals like ‘softwashing’ chemicals and products use biocides (basically disinfectants) sometimes this includes sodium hypochlorite, to kill the green growth whereas ours uses none and penetrates the algae and dirt to loosen it off for rinsing by fresh water. RoofKleen is considerably more pleasant to use day in and day out.

In some cases, the biocide-based chemicals are biodegradable but highly toxic to aquatic life and in some cases to pets and carry hazard warning pictograms about how they can damage your skin. If you are concerned about the environmental impact of your activities, you’ll think twice before you use them.

RoofKleen is no danger to you (it is actually food-safe), or to pets, or lawns and plants, it is non-toxic and non-hazardous, contains no caustic acids or alkalis. Neither does it contain no bleach or sodium hypochlorite and contract cleaner users and personnel do not need to wear PPE items.

Stable, effective, safe, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable, and supplied in 5 litre or 20 litre jerrycans at ready to use dilution; the use of a power washer or garden hose is helpful to disperse the dirt after cleaning when cleaning guttering or hard surfaces.

Application can be by a low-pressure sprayer or a sponge, paint roller, water-fed pole brush, or poured on.

Please agitate the solution well with a brush and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing off with water.
